Volunteers from several different areas helped out at the Whitehouse YMCA on June 11 as part of the United Way Day of Caring. “They went beyond their call of duty and even donated needed items to complete our YMCA family room,” said YMCA director Renee Quackenbush. “We appreciate all the time, talents and volunteerism to make our YMCA better and brighter.” United Way Volunteers were Mindi Cato, Rains ISD; Sonya Dunn, Workforce Solutions; Billy Dunn, Mineola ISD; Mary Beeler, Workforce Solutions; Baylen Dudley, Boy Scouts of America Troop 354; Dana Dudley, Heaton Eye Associates; and Prentice Butler, Workforce Solutions, Tyler.
