SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE/ WARRANT EXECUTION/POSSESSION OF PROHIBITED WEAPON- SWITCHBLADE, Lakeway/Waterton Cr, Reporting person advised suspicious vehicle drove several times around Waterton Circle. Officer advised stopped vehicle on traffi c. Upon check, both subjects had outstanding warrants. Rocky Shane Adams and Anthony Wayne Guthrie were taken into custody.

ACCIDENT, 346/ Hagan, Reporting person advised a black sports car hit the curb and several vehicles have stopped. Reporting person also advised of drag racing in the general area. Officer cleared scene, vehicle out of the roadway. Vehicle waiting for tow truck.

DISTURBANCE, 500 block W. Main, Reporting person advised neighbors above have been arguing since 2 a.m. and still going at it. Officer advised just a verbal altercation. No report.
WELFARE CONCERN, 800 block of Oakwood, Reporting person advised he got off the phone with ex-wife and she said a few things that led him to believe she may hurt herself. Offi cer spoke to complainant, no one at residence, all secure.

WELFARE CONCERN, 600 block W. Main, Reporting person advised his friend was complaining of chest pain and going numb after taking some kind of narcotic. Officer advised narcotics were located at location.
PUBLIC SERVICE, 800 block Fleetwood, Reporting person requested to speak to officer reference a subject that is stalking her. Officer spoke to subject and answered questions.

On Thursday, Feb. 23 officers responded to 22 calls including:
RECKLESS DRIVER/ MEDICAL EMERGENCY,
400 block E. Main, Reporting person advised vehicle unable to maintain single lane driving at slow rate of speed. Officer advised vehicle stopped blocking west bound traffic. Driver having diabetic reaction. Driver released by EMS.
THEFT, 400 block Gardenview, Report of theft of property. Officer obtained information for report.

PARKING COMPLAINT, 300 block Hwy 110N, Reporting person advised a black Mercedes that keeps parking in the handicap spot at the business. Officer advised issued warning to driver.
ASSAULT, WPD, Reporting person advised her son was beat up by a student. Officer advised spoke to mother and determined to be mutual combat and referred to the school for possible harassment.
